WCET 2024 meeting in Seoul (August 12-16, 2024) 

• Abstract Submission Open Date: 1, February 2024
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 April 2024 *deadline extended, 11:59 CT

As soon as the deadline has passed, and the review process has been completed, notifications will be sent to the primary presenter of the abstract by mid-May.

Changes will not be accepted to submitted/completed abstracts after the submission close date. IMPORTANT: If you have a change in presenter, it is the responsibility of the initial presenter and submitter to notify the new presenter of all guidelines and requirements, including disclosures.

If your abstract is selected, there will be NO content edits to your selected abstract. However, if you have a presenter change or update, please notify Michelle DeConcilis at michelledc@wjweiser.com by 5 June 2024. *Please note that presenter changes may not be reflected in the printed or publication materials. 

Please note: All presenters must present their abstract in person. Presenters are required to register for the WCET meeting. 

Meeting Format 

WCET2024 will run from Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16, 2024, at The COEX (Convention & Exhibition Center) which is a global exchange platform where people and businesses come together through exhibitions and conferences. The venue is in the heart of Seoul and is considered Korea’s greatest exhibition venue.
